Once an investor has familiarised themselves with this information, we are available to answer any questions they may have or can request any further detailed information they need to complete their own due diligence. .
6. Policy
All the companies we feature offer an open-door policy, that is to say that members of management are available to speak to the investor.
7. Application
Any subsequent investment application must be made directly with the company.
8. AML requirements
The investor will be required to complete an application form and satisfy the company that they meet AML (Anti Money Laundering) requirements.
9. Payment
The payment is always made directly to the company offering the opportunity – there is no middleman and no brokerage commission to pay.
10. Confirmation
The investor receives confirmation of receipt of his documentation and funds directly from the companies we feature, who also send out a letter of acknowledgement.
11. Certificate
When investing into shares of the company, the name of the investor is reflected on the company share register and the appointed registrar delivers a share certificate to the investor.
