The Financial Ecosystem
Our Investor Relations Service
Occasionally we identify companies who do not have the human resources to utilise our services efficiently.
A request for information is made by a potential investor.
We confirm they meet the required FCA criteria.
We provide a clear, honest and no-nonsense overview of an idea.
If requested, we arrange for the featured company to provide literature directly to the interested party.
Once an investor has familiarised himself with this information, we are available to answer any questions they may have, or can request any further detailed information he may need, to complete his own due diligence.
All the companies we feature offer an open-door policy.
Any subsequent investment application must be made directly with the company.
The investor will be required to complete an application form and satisfy the company that he
meets AML (Anti Money Laundering) requirements.
The payment is always made directly to the company offering the opportunity – there is no middleman and no brokerage commission to pay.
The investor receives confirmation of receipt of his documentation and funds directly from thecompanies we feature, who also send out a letter of acknowledgement.
When investing into shares of the company, the name of the investor is reflected on the company share register and the appointed registrar delivers a share certificate to the investor.
When investing into a product or service offered by a company, a valid title of ownership will be delivered by the provider to the investor.
We then provide an investor relations service, and ensure that each investor is kept fully up to date with news flow and any other developments relating to their investment, right up until exit.
